About the role 

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the North Coast area to support a 40-year-old Male with a brain injury to live independently within his own home.

While your skills/qualifications and experience tell us part of your story, your values, attitude and cultural alignment with Southern Cross are essential.

Duties include but not limited too 

  • Light domestic assistance 
  • Meal preparation and Community participation 

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

What you need 

  • Current references
  • Mobile phone 
  • Current driver's license and your own car (mandatory) 
  • NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory) 
  • First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • WWCC-Working with Children's​ Check or willing to obtain (mandatory)​
  • Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing 
     

Days/Hours 

Shift times available are: 

  • Monday  09:00 -15:00(Every second Week)
  • Tuesdau 09:00 -13:00
  • Wednesday 09:00 -13:00
